Mark Thomassee

Kevil, KY Mark Thomassee, age 62, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2023 at Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was 62 years old. He was born July 31, 1960 in Breaux Bridge, LA to his late parents, Herschel and Renella (Bergeron) Thomassee.

Mark was employed for several years in the River Boat Industry working in Sales and Marketing. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and riding horseback in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Myrna (Guess) Thomassee of Kevil, KY; a stepson, Ryan Moyers (Joan) of Cincinnati, Ohio; four brothers, Phillip Thomassee (Sharon) of Lafaetto, LA, Kenneth Thomassee (Lana) of Kaplan LA, David Thomassee of Houma, LA, and Willie Thomassee (Lori) of St. Louis, MO; several aunts, uncle and nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Herschel and Renella Thomassee.

There will be a Memorial visitation held Friday, June 30, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.
