Mary Lou (Fiessinger) Jones

Kevil, KY Mary Lou Fiessinger Jones, age 91, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was born to her late parents on April 27, 1932, John Robert and Tavie Jane Carman. She was a member of Braidwood Baptist Church in Braidwood, Illinois. Mary Lou was employed at Life Care of LaCenter for 15 years and later did private sitting. Her hobbies were quilting, flowers and crocheting. Mary Lou loved to go dancing, camping and traveling.

Mary Lou is survived by two sons; Ronnie Fiessinger (Geneva) of Kevil, KY, Gilbert Fiessinger (Karla) of Hudson, Florida; two daughters, Mary Miers (Richard) of Kevil, KY, Donna Fiessinger of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter-in-Law; Sue Fiessinger of Kevil, KY; a sister, Sterlean Beasley of LaCenter, KY; eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, adopted family, Quintero and Marilyn Goseyun and their family; family of Leon Jones.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elmer J. Fiessenger of 65 years; one son, John Fiessinger; second husband, Leon Jones and special friend, Miles Rambo; granddaughter, Jessica Fiessinger; great granddaughter, Abgail Stevens; four brothers, Alton Carman, Abraham Carman, Hubert Carman, and John Henry Carman; two sisters Ruby Goldsberry and Bobby Walls and her parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023 after 10:30 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. with the Rev. Jason Hay officiating. Interment will follow at Maplelawn Cemetery in Paducah, KY.
