Mitsy (Masters) Conley

Bardwell, KY Mitsy Conley, age 56, passed away at her home on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

She was born in Cairo, Illinois on April 7, 1967 to her parents, Joseph and Diane Potts Masters.

Mitsy was employed for several years with Kinsey Construction and worked with her husband, Charles Conley. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren. She was a precious soul , cared deeply for her family and others. She will be sadly missed.

She is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Frankenberger (Daryl) of Haubstadt, Indiana and Roselyn Fraser (Kyle) of Wickliffe; a sister, Roselyn (Steve) Young of Murray, KY four grandchildren, Aiken Summers, Deven Frankenberger, Sunni Fraser and Pearl Fraser.

Mitsy was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Charles Conley; her parents and stepfather, Rob O'Hara.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.
