Monica Lee (Hatfield) Gray

Kevil, KY Monica Lee Gray, age 67, passed away at her home in Kevil Saturday, May 14, 2022.

She was born in Wood River, Illinois on February 17, 1955, daughter of the late Marvin John and Betty Rae Hatfield. Monica attended Cosmetology School after graduating from High School. She also, went to school to be a Phlebotomist. Monica never met a stranger, her family was her greatest joy especially her grandchildren. She loved doing crafts, beading and crocheting. Monica was a friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

Monica is survived by her husband of two and a half years, Johnny Gray of Kevil, Ky; two sons, Ross Allen McCabe (Marty) of St. Louis, Mo, and Myles Allen (Brittany) of West Paducah, KY; two daughters, Tiphany Morgan (Mike) of Barlow and Amanda (Lynn) Brewer of LaCenter, KY; two brothers, Mark Allen Hatfield (Mary Ann) of Wentzville, Mo and Brad Hatfield (Tina) of Garden Prairie, Mo; three sisters, Coy Chaffin of St. Peters, Mo, Debra (Kevin) O' Brien of Dallas, Texas and Brenda (Andre') Straubhaar of Jerseyville, Illinois; ten grandchildren, Antonio Bacon, Zeon Shaw, Allie Cox (Jacob), Cole Morgan, Jaxon Morgan, Austin Raby, Allison Raby, Avalynn Allen, Natalie Brewer, and Kay-lena Brewer, two great grandchildren; Ryker Cox and Zane Cox.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Marvin (Smoke) and Marge Hatfield and Betty Hatfield.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with the Rev. Billy Dale Crabtree officiating.

Visitation will be after 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.
