Pam (Harp) Donelson

LaCenter, KY , Pam Donelson, age 72, passed away at her home Sunday, August 13, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 3, 1951 to her late parents, Harlan and Theda Harp.

Pam was employed for seventeen years at Harris Engineering in Barlow. After retiring she volunteered at His House Ministry in LaCenter for 11 years where she was the director. She also volunteered on Fridays at the Catholic Church Food Pantry. Crocheting was one of her favorite hobbies. She enjoyed making baby blankets for newborns and lap blankets for residents of Life Care Center. Pam was a very devoted Christian and loved her Lord and Savior. She loved her family. She will be sadly missed by our community. 

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Joey Donelson; two sons, Shane Donelson of Reidland, KY, Jason Kent Donelson of Sac City, Iowa; a sister, Tammy Vance (Joe) of Paducah, KY; eight grandchildren, Preslee Donelson, Brentlee Donelson, Tonia Donelson, Alexis Donelson, Caleb Donelson, Abby Donelson, Seth Donelson, and Lilly Donelson; a great granddaughter, Caroline Peter.

Pam was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Viniard, a brother Joe Harp and her parents.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at LaCenter Cemetery with Brother Joey Donelson officiating.
