Paul Whitaker

Paul Daniel Whitaker Sr. 68, of Bandana passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday March 5, 2024. Paul was a highly experienced catastrophic insurance adjuster who never met a stranger. He traveled the country helping those in need following natural disasters. Paul was quite the jokester, and loved to laugh. He was an avid NASCAR fan and always took time to go to Talladega, where you could find him in his favorite spot along the infield fence.

Paul was preceded in death by his father Lowell Whitaker and his mother Kathrine Whitaker.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sandra Whitaker as well as his Children Paula Momon (Brandon) Chrissy McCain (Cody), Paul Whitaker Jr. (Amanda) and Breezy Prince (Ryan). Paul was the proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren, (Zachary Whitaker, Jarren Walters, Aila Momon, Josh Nalley, Abbi Nalley, Allie McCain, Allen Whitaker, Lilly Jane Whitaker, Kelsie Prince)and 2 great grandchildren (Cam Raney, Trace Whitaker). Additionally, Paul is survived by his 6 siblings (Jerald, Tim, Michael, George, Necie and Jennifer) and one mean cat (Dallas).

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter after 12:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY with Rev. Dyllan Simmons officiating.

Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery.
