Ramona Jane (Hook) Wysong

Ramona Jane Wysong (Hook) of Barlow passed away September 19, 2024 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

She leaves behind her son, Dustin Wysong, a brother, Todd Hook, and several other men and women who considered her their mother, as well as their children who considered her their Grandmother, and who loved her dearly. She is proceeded in death by both of her parents, Venita Jane Hook (Reno) and Williams Frank “Woody” Hook as well as her brother Scott Hook, her husband Alan Wysong and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ramona was known for her infectious love, taking in all sorts of people who simply needed someone to love them. Ramona loved to cook, having been published in several Southern Living and Taste of Home books as well as publishing several cookbooks on Amazon on her own.

She was an amazing person, mother and friend who will be dearly missed.
