Robert Scott, Sr.

LaCenter, Ky, Robert Scott Sr., age 87, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in O'Fallon, Missouri. He was born in Ballard County on August 24, 1937, to his late parents, John B. Scott and Hazel Steele Scott.

Robert, a United States Air Force Veteran, retired from McDonald Douglas Aircraft in 1996 after several years of employment. In his spare time, he loved to golf and fish.

He is survived by a son, Robert Scott Jr. (Melissa) of Troy, MO; two daughters, Cindy Clapp (Martin) of West Paducah, KY, and Vickie Fraser (Bryon) of Cohasset, MN; six grandchildren, Kyley Ross, Amber Jackson, Michael Scott, Andrew Scott, Braden Fraser and Annika Fraser; and four great grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by one son Cary Scott; one sister, Dorothy Ashby and his parents.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Glen Dunn officiating.
