Susie (Robinson) Smith

LaCenter, KY Susie Smith, age 65, passed away June 9, 2021 at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was the daughter of the late David and Minnie Robinson.

She attended LaCenter Christian Church. Susie is survived by one daughter, Treva Robinson of LaCenter, KY; two sons, Caesare Robinson of LaCenter, KY and George Gregory De’Shawn Holloway of Bellevue, Nebraska. Two step sons, Rob Na’Shawn Holloway and Orlanda Shandel Holloway. Eleven grandchildren. One brother MacArthur Douglas (Annie) of Pittsbourgh, Mississippi. Three sisters Minnie Smith (Curtis) of LaCenter, KY , Gayle Mitchell (Berry Smith) of LaCenter, KY and Addie Owens of Ponotoc, Mississippi. Two sisters-in-law, Annie Roberson of Houston, Mississippi and Mary Jo Roberson of Kalamazoo, Michigan. . Four uncles, Homer Winters of Murfreesboro, TN, Fred Winters of Gary, Indiana, George Winters of Carbondale, ILL. Seven aunts, Pearl Westbrook of Hopkinsville, KY, Mary Sue Nall of Hickman,Ky, Doris Hugley of Ohio, Glenda Moffett of Union City, TN, Loraine Mays of Hickman, KY, Loretha Winter of Hickman, Ky amd Mary Glaspir. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Susie was preceded in death by two sisters Marene Roberson and Lola B. Pulliam, four brothers, Tommy Lee Roberson, Bennie Roberson, George David Robinson, David Lee Robinson Jr. and his parents David and Minnie Robinson.

Visitation will begin after 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at LaCenter Christian Church.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at LaCenter Christian Church with the Rev. Brent Eastman officiating.  Interment will follow at LaCenter Cemetery.
