Suzan Eve (Negley) Newton

Kevil, KY Suzan Eve Negley Newton, age 67, passed away at her home in Kevil, Sunday, July 11, 2021.

She was a member of Barlow Baptist Church. Suzan graduated from Ballard Memorial High School, attended Murray State and graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. Suzan was the first woman in the world to be licensed in the world to do embryo transfers in cows and horses. She owned and operated Bov-Eq Company.

Suzan is survived by two sons, Joshua Gaines of Kevil and Cody Newton of Kevil, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Robbie Negley.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 17 at 1:00 pm at Barlow Baptist Church Family Life Center.

Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 at Barlow Baptist Church Family Life Center.
