Toni D (Owen) Blankenship

Toni D. Blankenship, age 57, passed away at her home Friday, February 10, 2023 at her home in Wickliffe, KY. She was born in Memphis TN. July 4, 1965 to her parents, Edward and Betty Byrd Owen.

Toni was a wonderful cook and had owned several restaurants in Ballard County. She adored her grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. Toni had chickens and ducks that she loved to take care of. She especially loved her dogs.

She is survived by, two sons, Joseph Blankenship (Megan) of Wickliffe, KY and Rickey Blankenship Jr. of Blandville, KY; a daughter Amanda Mohammed (Devin) of Paducah, KY; two brothers, Eddie Owen (Marie) of East Prairie, MO, and Aaron Owen of Kansas; two sisters, Vanessa Gray of LaCenter, KY and Katie Owen of Jolten, KY; ten grandchildren, Anabell Cox, Abby Cooper, Brylee Blankenship, Oliver Cox, Sammy Blankenship, Austin Blankenship, Caleb Blankenship, Raylynn Cox , Adison Blankenship and Ariana Mohammed.

Toni was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Rickie Blankenship Sr. and her parents, Edward and Betty Owen and her stepfather, Woodrow Owen.

Visitation will be Wenesday, February 15, 2023 from 5-7 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCener, KY.
